**Privacy Policy**

*Last updated: 22 September 2026*

This website (bbmancini.com) is operated by BB Mancini. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit, and how it's used.

**Information I collect**

- **Contact form details.** If you use a contact or booking form, I receive the name, email address, and any message you choose to send.

- **Basic usage data.** This site is hosted on Wix, which automatically collects standard analytics such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type, and device. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

- **Cookies.** Wix uses cookies to keep the site functioning and to gather the analytics above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

**How the information is used**

Contact details are used solely to reply to your enquiry or arrange a booking. Usage data is used to understand how the site is performing. Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.

**Who it's shared with**

- **Wix.com Ltd.**, which hosts this website and processes data on my behalf.

- **Embedded third-party services.** Pages may embed content from Spotify, Instagram, and YouTube. When that content loads, those companies may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies, which I don't control.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

**How long it's kept**

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work. Analytics data is retained according to Wix's own retention periods.

**Your rights**

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email the address below.

**Third-party links**

This site links to external platforms including Spotify, Instagram, and YouTube. I'm not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

**Children**

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

**Changes**

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Fair warning: this is a reasonable general-purpose policy, not legal advice — if you ever start selling merch, running a mailing list, or handling payments through the site, it'll need revisiting.
